I had been telling our baby girl since the moment we found out she was coming that she could come into our lives any time as long as it was after final exams. Well, she listened and arrived today, the day after my last final. How's that for obedience? We are so excited that she is here, but shocked at the same time. We were planning a trip to Ohio today, but the baby had other plans. Megan was amazing. She got to the hospital and the nurses and all were not really thinking that she was going to go today since she was about 3 weeks early. Low and behold the doc estimated her at 8 cm! So were rushed off to a delivery room and our little girl was born less than 2 hours later. Ok, enough talk, let's see some pics and videos.

Congratulations! What a beautiful baby!

We were so excited yesterday to hear the news as Katie and Brooklyn squealed with excitement each time the phone rang in anticipation of the news.

We are so glad to hear Megan and Baby are doing well. And James... we're glad to hear that she isn't 10 pounds 10 inches. ;)

James and Ster - She is absolutely gorgeous - and Ster, you look like the perfect example of how to do labor. Just looking at the baby, I would say that she must resemble more the Christensen side of the family because she doesn't look like James did as a baby (at least not the size of you, James). We can't wait to meet the newest member of the family!

Happy news! And what a way to start off being so obedient to wait until after finals!!

There was a lot of excitement and energy around our house waiting for the news last night and Nicki couldn't help but giggle when she heard that the baby had arrived. She can hardly wait to see her (the rest of us, too!!).

We think she is so beautiful and looks like a combination of both of you. Mom is ready to come whenever you need her (she is thinking today might be fine).

Congratulations! We are very happy for you.
